Truckerooooooo

Jessica, Tammy, Rob, and I took a chance on Friday and went to the Truckeroo concert at the National Yard. It was a double edge sword because it was a raining and gloomy all day but there was pretty much no one at the event. We all met up after work and took the metro to the event, lets start off with some pictures, Enjoy:We arrived there with the weatherlooking all gloomy and almost about to rain, we were kinda worried about the rain but and the end of it all, there was none the whole time we were there! Pictures are gonna be dark/gloomy!REDHOOK!!! 15 Bucks for a lobster roll, but no lie it was kinda worth it. very tasty, wont fill you up but very satisfying in my book.Shawty mad happy that she got her lobster roll fix, Connecticut style only!!! none of that MaineMe and Aaron Rod about to dig into the lobster rolls hahahaNext stop, we tried some Pho Wheels, we got the pork banh mi and pho to test, there has been so much hype around this one since a lot of people know the owners so we had to try it for ourselves. Here's our review - The banh mi was actually HUGE, and I added an egg on top of mine, I'm a big fan of pork belly and this was definitely delicious. From the pickled raddish/carrots, french baguette, and the meat, it was def good buy. The PHOOOO - coming from a food truck I will say that the broth was good, the meat was not as good. They had Tai (round eye steak) which kinda too thick and overcooked so it wasn't tasty. But I understand they are a food truck so the Pho was actually surprisingly well put together.Calamari and fries from Tapas food truck - Calamari was okay but the fries were betterFull and spent a whole lotta money already we headed home before the rain storm started in DC, we heard that it was already raining in VA but glad we didn't get hit with it..
