30 Day Challenge
After watching a bunch of Ted Talks videos, looking for some motivation and some change. There are so many good videos but the one that I really liked was the 30 day one. I know everyone does a 30 day challenge, and even the show 30 days has been out. I've known about the different 30 day things but after seeing this I really want to try it this time around. Im going to try take this challenge full on but I'm also going to make it realistic goals. I want to make some changes in my life and also learn something new.Things I am adding:
- 20 minutes of Cardio (Run Fatboy Run)
- 15 minutes a day of HTML coding (want to learn HTML!!)
Things I am Subtracting:
- Drinks with artificial sugar!
- Not buying any shoes or clothing
I think these 4 things are something I can achieve everyday for the next 30 days, Its great because the real test is this weekend, I will be going to Florida with Jessica and her fam. If i can at least get my cardio in everyday and teaching myself how to code a website while in. LETS DO THIS! Journey starts tomorrow.
