Bought Jessica and I some new running/workout shoes to motivate us to get back to where we were 4 months ago. I definitely need to get my mind ready, and keep a strong will!!!! Working/playing sports was never a problem, I feel that in my lazies weeks im still more active then some haha its just that I overeat and eat really bad. As then say weight loss is 70% Diet, 30% Exercise. It starts today and I will weigh myself tomorrow.Here's pics of our new matching shoes haha As a big motivator that we did last time was to create set goals, and if we hit them we would reward ourselves. So definitely will be creating 2-3 goal weights to achieve and WE WILL HIT THEM!.
